Counselling & therapy tailored to you

Therapy with Carys

I offer in-person counselling from a private therapy room in Nantwich, Cheshire (CW5), with free parking available. Online sessions are also available via Google Meet.

Therapy with me is:

Collaborative and down-to-earth - not about being analysed or “fixed”, but having space to untangle what’s going on without judgement or pressure to have it all figured out.

Thoughtful and flexible - shaped around you, your story, and what actually feels helpful, whether that means exploring the past, making sense of the present, or finding steadier ways forward.

Human and real - a space for tears, relief, swearing, reflection, laughter, uncertainty, and the things you’ve never quite known how to say out loud.

What I can help with

  • Anxiety, panic, and persistent overthinking

  • Painful relationships, relational trauma, or difficult early experiences

  • Infidelity and betrayal experiences

  • Low self-worth and a harsh inner critic

  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

Many of the people I see appear capable and functional externally, while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, or stuck in repeating patterns.

Who I work with

I work with adults aged 18 and above on an individual basis, offering in-person sessions in Nantwich and online therapy for people across the UK.

My practice is explicitly LGBTQ+ affirming, and I welcome people of all genders, sexualities, identities, and relationship experiences.
