Therapy with me

In our therapy room, you don’t need to perform being okay, or have a neat way of explaining things. We can start where you are.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I don’t stick to a ‘one-size-fits-all’ formula. We go at your pace, with what’s actually going on for you - your history, your patterns, and the stuff that keeps showing up in the present.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, and painful relationships (both past and present), including the confusing aftermath of relationships that didn’t feel safe, steady, or predictable.

In-person and online counselling

I work from my dedicated cosy counselling room - conveniently located in Nantwich Cheshire, a short distance from Crewe, Sandbach, Middlewich, Winsford, Tarporley & Alsager. Unable to get to Nantwich or prefer to meet digitally? No worries - online sessions are available via Google Meet.

If this feels familiar…

Your mind’s doing that thing again.

Replaying conversations. Making meaning out of texts. Writing and rewriting things you didn’t say out loud.

On the outside, you’re might be functioning pretty well. On the inside, it can feel like there’s a lot going on that no one else can see.

People don’t only come to therapy because things are falling apart - they come because it’s all technically functioning, but it’s exhausting.

And at some point you start wondering if it’s meant to feel this hard.

Therapy gives you a bit of space from all of that. Not to ‘fix’ you, but to help things feel less loud, less reactive, and more like they belong to you again.
